*To promote and improve the tennis community and facilities in Pittsburgh PA. *To excercise leadership in promoting tennis education and sportsmanship in the city of Pittsburgh. *To encourage activity, growth and study among Tennis Players. *To Work with other Tennis and recreactional groups interested in the promotion of tennis at the local, state and National Levels. | | History of Our Club
The Club was established in 2002 when a group of Highland Park tennis players came together to promote interest in the game by devloping programs and activities in the local community.
The founding members are: Joyce Scott, Hanna Spearman, James Quigley, Bob Gibbs, Frederick Crawford, Ronald Brandon and La Wade Garris.
Some of our club's most memorable moments are the:

* Winter Tennis Party
* Free Tennis Clinic
